I'm an absolute Schuessler Tissue salt nut. I use them a lot for myself.
They are an amazing tool to help the body absorb and utilize nutrients on a cellular level.
I know, I sound like a commercial for the Nutri Bullet right now but the idea behind the Schuessler Tissue salts is that they act sort of as a catalyst for the correct functioning of minerals in the cells.

We've just recently changed the clocks to summer time, we travel to different time zones. These are the obvious changes to the time we live in. But does you body know what time it is? Shift work, late nights, stress and many other factors can throw out our body clock. That way we feel tired when we are meant to be alert and feel wired when it is time to unwind or sleep.
Here is a simple manual to adjust your body to a different time zone while you are travelling. This method however doesn't only work when you are travelling. If you use the same system in your everyday life, you can help your body adjust to real time and gain more energy and balance.

I have just received my brand new set of tuning forks in the mail and I’m looking forward to implementing them into my kinesiology balances. The tuning forks are tuned to the sound frequencies of the 14 main acupuncture meridians in the body. The sound varies from high to low pitch and can be used in the body’s energy field or directly on the body for instance on acupuncture points.
